TweetToTrade is a free browser extension for Google Chrome and compatible browsers that provides the following functionality:

• Automatic Detection: Scans content on X (formerly Twitter) to identify Solana blockchain contract addresses
• Quick Actions: Provides convenient buttons to:
  • COPY: Copy detected contract addresses to your clipboard
  • INSPECT: Open token information on DexScreener
  • BUY: Open token trading interface on Pump.fun
• Local Storage: Saves your preferences locally on your device

The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

No Account Required

TweetToTrade does not require account creation, registration, or login credentials. The Extension operates independently within your browser.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries or regions.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the Extension solely for:

• Personal, non-commercial research and convenience
• Identifying and researching Solana blockchain tokens
• Accessing public blockchain information

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

TweetToTrade and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, source code, and branding, are owned by TweetToTrade or its licensors.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Extension on your personal devices
• Access the features and functionality of the Extension

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Extension.

Trademarks

"TweetToTrade," the TweetToTrade logo, and any related marks are trademarks of TweetToTrade. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Trademarks

X, Twitter, Solana, DexScreener, and Pump.fun are trademarks of their respective owners. TweetToTrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these entities.

TweetToTrade provides links to third-party platforms, including:

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal dispute resolution, contact us at tweettottrade@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS ACTION.
